The Rockland Transition Consortium in cooperation with Rockland BOCES would like to invite you to our annual FREE Resource and Transition Fair which will be held on Wednesday, April 17th from 3-7 pm in the Palisades Center Community Rooms (4th Floor near the ice rink) in West Nyack. Support and information for NOW and IN THE FUTURE: For students of all ages with an IEP or 504 Plan, families, and professionals. Groups are also welcome!
Come visit the over 65 resource tables which will include a variety of organizations and educational institutions who will offer information and answer your questions. Learn about programs and resources available including recreation opportunities, advocacy, education, employment training such as job coaching, adult program options and MUCH more!&nbsp;

Games Every Wednesday &amp; Two Sundays A Month
Come to Beth Am Temple in Pearl River for Bingo and free pizza before the game on Wednesday, April 17. Doors open at 5:30 pm and play starts at 7:30 pm. Games are open to the public.
Beth Am holds Bingo games every Wednesday and on specific Sundays each month. Doors open for Sunday Bingo at 5 pm and play begins at 7 pm. 
Wednesday Bingo packages are priced at $42, $35 and $25 plus $2 admission. They include nine games with other games available for purchase including Quickies, a progressive bonanza jackpot and nightly specials. Games end at approximately 10 pm.
Sunday Bingo games include specials, and Quickies. Admission is $1 plus a $5 Quickies book purchase. Games end at approximately 9:30 pm.
All game boards are paper with electronic verification. Pre-packaged snacks and beverages are available for purchase.

Fifteen local artists in varied disciplines share the sources of their inspiration, each using ten slides and twenty seconds per slide to explain them in a fast paced, entertaining, and enlightening evening to benefit Rivertown Film Society. Participants include Event MC: DAVID NOVARRO, anchor for WABC-TV News, and honorees GEORGIA STITT, composer; KRIS CAMPBELL, conceptual artist; LAURIE SEEMAN, place-based artist; ASHLEY DAWSON, filmmaker; RICHARD CONNOLLY, writer, editor, publisher and producer; ASHLEY GERST, animator; JUDITH ROSE, movement artist; SHAWN RAWLS, dancer; DEREK TARSON, actor, director; FRANK OLIVIER, actor, illustrator; J.D. ZEIK, screenwriter; KATHLEEN COLLINS, filmmaker (represented posthumously by her son); CHERYL BAUN, restaurateur; MARIA LUISA WHITTINGHAM of Maria Luisa Boutique; and JODI REDHAGE FERBER, cellist.
