1) Last week's rain out forced the Orangetown Parks and Recreation Department to reschedule the Beatles tribute group Mystical Majesty Band's Orangetown Summer Concert Series show to 7:45 p.m. Thursday at Veteran's Memorial Park in Orangeburg. The scheduled show for this week, Fleetwood Macked, is still on for 7:45 p.m. Friday.
2) The four-day Nyack Film Festival begins with a reception at 7 p.m. and the first film at 7:30 in the Nyack Village Theatre at 84 Main Street in Nyack.
3) Thursday will bring warm weather, with temperature hovering around the 77-degree mark. Skies will be clear; there's no chance of rain.
