The Nanuet Chamber of Commerce will host a Health & Fitness Fair on Wednesday evening, February 26th from 7:30pm until 9:00pm in the Nanuet Middle School Gym. This Health & Fitness Fair is designed for the general public to attend and meet with local health, wellness and fitness providers including gyms, kickboxing schools, karate, yoga, dancing, chiropractors, skin care, etc.! The fair will feature fun demonstrations for attendees to try various workouts, yoga moves and new stretching techniques. There will also be healthcare providers on hand to answer health related questions.
