The 2114 Annual Murphy-O'Sullivan Pub Tour of Ireland

Enjoying a 50 degree dry day overlooking the Dingle Bay in County Kerry but thinking about all our friends in Rockland enduring such harsh weather.

Harvey Cedars February 17, 2014 at 08:20 PM Enjoy the old country! Maybe the Honorable one will come back refreshed and ready to make a contribution in the plan toward fixing the fiscal crisis in Rockland county.

This site is called 'pearl river patch'....yet today, we have a girl from Pearl River playing in the Olympics in a gold medal game against Canada and this is the top story? Boozing around Ireland?
Gregg February 20, 2014 at 07:55 PM
Yes, that's right Denise. They did not win the gold anyway.

Well said Denise. Sad that Josephine Pucci gets not a word yet Just as sad that John Murphy really thinks people will be interested in his pathetic Pub Tour.

True Gregg, they won silver...still amazing and more interesting then this vacation to Ireland, that apparently happened in future...as the title says 2114.

I will say that drinking in IRE is more fun than watching women's hockey. All jokes aside though its a shame they haven't kept up to date with a hometown Olympian.

It is so sad that the local coverage doesn't exist anymore. I don't mind the Ireland trip but it is a shame there was no Olympic coverage, but even more so, no coverage of our PR kids when they were playing in their sectional tournaments. No coverage of a new principal at the HS either.

Isn't the Honorable one usually criticizing retailers for shilling "offensive" St Patrick's clothing, yet instead of saying he is on a tour of beautiful Ireland he himself labels it a "pub" tour. Not a crime, but not wise either.
Slainte February 23, 2014 at 01:44 PM
Harvey it's a different lifestyle there. A pub tour doesn't mean getting blind drunk and causing a ruckus. Nothing offensive about it.
