The True Spirit of St. Patrick's day

Last evening, in the most best spirit of the celebration of the legacy of St. Patrick, four very beautiful and talented high school age performing artists entertained some of the patients hospitalized in Rockland Psychiatric Center with the music, songs and dances of Ireland.  They are Martina Murphy, Molly O’Riodan, Kaitlyn O’Riodan and Paige Turilli.  Their gifts of their talent had a profound effect on the audience and the respect shown to the audience by the young ladies was inspiring.

I hope other Irish performing artists and groups will also volunteer this month to bring the joy of the season to this place of healing and hope. They can learn how by calling me in my capacity as president of the Board of Visitors.
