Youth for Hospice Group Attracts New Teen Members

Standing room only for first Youth for Hospice meeting of the school year on Sunday evening, September 15!

Over 60 teenagers showed up at UHR headquarters in New City, including both returning students and new freshman students. Representatives from the current 4 chapters (Clarkstown North, Nyack, Tappan Zee and North Rockland) were present. Other students from Clarkstown South and Suffern also showed interest in starting new chapters this year.

Special thanks to our guest speaker who attended the meeting to share his experience and how UHR’s Bereavement Services helped him.
