Since nobody has it yet, I will provide a hint. Remember, a Predict the Place location must be related to Pearl River, but occasionally it is not a Pearl River Address. The Pearl River Little League complex is an example of a past location that actually isn't in Pearl River.

UPDATE: Congratulations to Ellen Hughes, who was the first to identify this week's location as the Orangetown Town Hall. Actually, it is the sculpture on the grass out front.
