Orangetown Historian Mary Cardenas will speak and give a PowerPoint presentation about the collective history of the river villages and hamlets that make up the Town of Orangetown contained in the new book Orangetown.
This pictorial overview from Arcadia Press' Images of America series, recently publicshed by the Orangetown Historical Museum and Archives, contains over 200 photos of the Orangetown area. The program is free.
Copies of the book will be available for sale by the Friends of the Pearl River Library that evening.
