The Indoor Farmers Market @ Piermont Pop Up

530 Piermont Ave           Piermont NY 10968

          Three Sundays -- April 15th, 22nd and 29th

from 10 am to 3 pm

For the next three weeks, welcome and visit our new produce vendor …

W. Rogowski Farm.  A second generation, family operated farm located in the magnificent black-dirt region of Pine Island in the town of Warwick in Orange County NY.  Old-fashioned family values and a progressive attitude gives the farm an atmosphere of warmth and welcome.

Their Produce is Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) - a grassroots alternative to the USDA's national organic program.  Designed for small farmers distributing through local channels - farmers markets, roadside stands, local restaurants and community supported agriculture programs - the farms that make up your local landscape!

This Sunday Rogowski Farm will have on hand -- onions, potatoes, carrots, beets, lettuce, celery root, herbs, swiss chard, asparagus, radishes, cabbage, green garlic, scallions, micro greens, kale, radishes, leeks, broccoli, sorrel, pea shoots and more. From Black Dirt Gourmet pesto (based on surplus harvest, like kale, broccoli rabe, parsley), pickled beets, pickled scapes, beet spread (roasted beets kind of like a pesto yummy on bread), frozen squash and vegetables).  Farm honey and honey products, local organic maple syrup and maple sugar, local organic flour - whole wheat, spelt and dry beans.

The Cheese Chic will have samples Goat cheese with Wild Blueberry and Fresh Parmesan cheese and fresh Rockland Bakery breads, take home some Sapori Del Vallo Fresh Pasta, Rockland Bakery Sweet Treats for dessert, and try Raako’s Virgin Organic fair trade Chocolate (Vanilla Rooibos, Blueberry Lavender, 71% dark sea salt).  Taiim Falafel Shack will be on hand with the best hummus (Hummus, stuffed grape leaves, babaghanouj, falafel bowls).

Check out Arbonne skin care and health products, Kelly Greenway with her Eco-Boutique will be displayed.  Green Mountain Energy Company will be here as well.  They are a renewable energy company dedicated to helping consumers switch from dirty, polluting sources of energy to clean renewable sources like wind and hydroelectric power.

And Piermont Pop Up will be in residence in the entire back area of the gallery.  It’s like no other place in Rockland!!
