The Pearl River Chamber of Commerce canceled the annual trick or treating at downtown businesses Wednesday due to the impact of Hurricane Sandy, though some businesses did see trick or treaters that day.
The Town of Orangetown canceled all Halloween activities Wednesday and asked that they be rescheduled for Saturday.
The chamber announced Friday that the event has been rescheled for Saturday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Businesses that are participating are asked to keep the event flier up in their windows.
