Ride Revolution Indoor Cycling Studios, (www.Ride-Revolution.com) Northern Bergen’s premier dedicated indoor cycling studio facility with showers and multiple classes for all age and skills levels, opened its doors on Friday, November 1, 2013.  Two days of complimentary spinning by appointment only via website signup (www.Ride-Revolution.com) officially launched the 2,000 square foot facility located at 277 Livingston Street in Northvale.  Emphasizing a robust schedule of indoor cycling classes to accommodate weekday commuters, students and weekend warriors, the studio features 25 brand-new Schwinn indoor cycles with computers to gauge cadence, heart rate, distance traveled and calories burned.  The studio includes stadium seating for bikes on two graduated levels enabling unobstructed views of cycling instructors who emphasize safety, motivation and the joy of cycling.   Mirrors, controlled climate and lighting and a specially designed sound system create an ambience of sophistication and comfort.  Indoor cycling is ideal for weight control, general cardio fitness, athletic training, cycling preparation and cross-training.

Online class registration is available through the Ride Revolution website and allows customers to reserve a specific bicycle.  Ride Revolution will initially offer about 21 classes each week, with the schedule growing as demand increases.  “We expect to add an additional 10 bicycles to our studio within the first 3 months after opening and expand our class offerings as well,” explained Cohen.  “Our goal is to open another studio in late 2014 in another Bergen County or Northern New Jersey location and bring our model to other communities as spinning grows in popularity.  We believe our model is exactly what discerning indoor cycling enthusiasts wants:  awesome instructors, pristine facilities, great equipment, a roomy studio with lots of vibe, clean showers and towel service, and loads of classes all at a friendly price.”
