Snow Update
As of 1 a.m., the forecast from the National Weather Service called for snow to continue into Saturday, most of it falling by 9 a.m.
Rockland County Executive C. Scott Vanderhoef encouraged Rockland County residents to avoid travel during the snow storm, which could drop 12 inches or more on the county before it is done.

Bus Service Alert (as of 3:00 p.m. on February 8)
2/8/13
- TOR: All service will be suspended at 4:00PM with the exception of the route#59, which will continue service until 7:00PM. Please expect delays.
- TZx: Operating a normal weekday service until 6:30PM. All service will besuspended after 6:30PM. Extra TZx buses will be available at Tarrytowntown to meet Metro-North’s early getaway schedule. Please expect delays.
- TRIPS: Operating a normal weekday service until 5:00PM. Please expect delays.

- TOR: A decision on the start of service will be made by 8:00AM. Serviceremains suspended until at least that time.
- TZx: A decision on the start of service will be made by 8:00AM. Serviceremains suspended until at least that time.
- TRIPS: NO Regular TRIPS Service. ADA service only.
