Annual Back to School Backpack Program

This year, the Haverstraw Meal Organization is launching their 4th Annual Back To School Backpack Program. Our goal is to provide 1,000 backpacks to children in our community filled with folders, pens, pencils, rulers, crayons, notebooks, g...lue, etc.
[Mark your calendars] The event will be held on Sunday, August 24th from 2:00pm - 5:00pm. We will serve a light lunch for the families with live music and arts & crafts for the kids.
If anyone would like to volunteer their services, make a donation for school supplies or food, please contact co-founder Marina Gutierrez @ 845.429.4797 or Emily Dominguez @ 845.947.8532. Deliveries can be dropped off at 6 Broadway, Haverstraw, NY.
