Now through the end of January, we are holding our January specials with 50% off the adoption fee for these long term resident dogs: Asia, Diva, Runner, Peanut, Star, Charlotte Jinxie and Krystal . Plus there are many cats at the shelter that are on special for only $50.00 each. We have a list of the long time cats there. Come visit Hi Tor and fall in love with a really special pet.

Monday - Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
