Join us at the MUDDY CREEK WINTER CARNIVAL on Saturday, March 2 from 11 am to 3 pm at Franklin Ave. Elementary School, located behind the Pearl River Library.  This annual fundraiser event, hosted by the Franklin Avenue Elementary PTA, is open to the public and offers games and FUN for the whole family, including sand art, tattoos, nail painting, refreshments and more.  Tickets are available for purchase at the door.  Rain/snow date is on Sunday, March 3
