Exploring New York City Mini Camp

Eye Level mini camps give students the opportunity to expand their knowledge through engaging enrichment activities.

Instructors cater to multiple learning styles through hands on projects, interactive games, videos, and independent practice.  Every child has a fun and educational experience.

Mini Camps will run the last two weeks of August, Monday- Friday, from 9am-12pm

Day 1: History of New York City, Ellis Island, Coming to America

Day 2: Skyscrapers, Bridges, and Famous Buildings (i.e. Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Brooklyn Bridge, George Washington Bridge, Carnegie Hall, United Nations Headquarters)

Day 3: Transportation (i.e. Subway, Taxi, Ferries)

Day 4: Parts of New York and Culture (i.e. Boroughs, Little Italy, Chinatown, Chatham Square)

Day 5: What Makes NYC Special: Tourist for a Day (i.e. Times Square, Central Park, Statue of Liberty, Rockefeller Center)


Biomes: August 26th-30th

Day 1: Oceans (Earth’s Oceans, Deep water vs. Shallow water, Animals, Coral Reef)

Day 2: Desert (Continents with Desert, World Known Deserts, Plants, Animals)

Day 3: Arctic Tundra (North Pole, Permafrost, Animals, Igloos)

Day 4: Rainforest (Layers of the Rainforest, Countries with Rainforests, Animals)

Day 5: Season Forest (Locations of Seasonal Forests, Trees in Seasonal Forests, Reasons why Leaves Change Color, Animals)

Pricing: $45/day or $220/week
