Community Corner

High School Students Invited to Center for Safety & Change's Summer SAEDA (Student Activists Ending Dating Abuse) Training

Rockland County high
school students are offered a unique opportunity to complete community service
credits, train as activists for social change and earn money while getting
involved, by participating in the SAEDA summer training.

The
training is open to all Rockland students entering grades 9 through 12.
All are encouraged to apply early as space is limited.  Students who
take the program acquire leadership and organizing skills, as well as an
understanding of the issues and causes of dating, domestic, and sexual abuse.

Applications
can be found on our website:  www.centerforsafetyandchange.org
