Operation Medicine Cabinet: Every Saturday from Noon to 6 pm

Operation Medicine Cabinet:  Drop
Off Unused Medications at the Orangetown Police Headquarters
on Saturdays (12
pm-6 pm)

You can safely drop off unused or old prescription medications, including

pain killers, medicated ointments, and inhalers, as well as over-the-counter

medications, by participating in Operation
Medicine Cabinet
right here in Orangetown on Saturdays between 12 PM and 6
PM. Just place any unused

medications in a plastic bag and drop them at the Orangetown Police Headquarters
located at 26 West Orangeburg Road in Orangeburg.   Please

note that no hazardous waste or needle sharps will be accepted. (For more

Operation Medicine Cabinet is a drug abuse prevention measure sponsored

by the Orangetown Substance Abuse Committee, the Orangetown Police Department,
South Orangetown Community Awareness of Substance Abuse (SOCASA), the United
States Drug Enforcement Administration, Rockland Sheriff's Department, and the
New York State Police.
