Benefit for the Argenti Scholarship Fund is June 14

Make your way to the Pearl River Elks Pavilion between 4-8 p.m. June 14 to have some fun and help support the Thomas Argenti Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The fund is named after the 18-year-old who died when he was hit by a car in 2013. He was a 2012 graduate of Pearl River High School. Last year, two scholarships in his name were presented to PRHS seniors: The Thomas Argenti Memorial Football Scholarship went to Matthew Erbacher and the Thomas L. Argenti Memorial Scholarship to Peter Dolan.

The benefit will feature live music, games and raffles, and the price of admission includes food, beer, wine and soft drinks.

The money raised will go to scholarships and for a memorial at the school.
