Participants did not allow the cold to stop them from enjoying the Orangetown Santa Claus 5K run Sunday morning at Veteran's Memorial Park in Orangeburg.
The younger athletes got their chance first in the children's races, followed by the 5K, with many runners in various holiday-themed costumes.
