Walking for Autism Awareness

Supporters of Autism awareness gathered for the Greater Hudson Valley Walk Now for Autism Speaks Saturday morning at Rockland County Community College.

Participants gathered in the Eugene Levy Fieldhouse for this family-friendly event that included activities for children, entertainment and a community resource fair with tables set up to provide information and services related to autism, taking time out for a two-plus mile walk. Proceeds raised went to Autism Speaks, a national organization that works to increase awareness about autism, fund research and provide family services.
