Pearl River Lights Up the Night for Independence Day

The annual Independence Day fireworks display lit up the night above the Central Ave. Field in Pearl River Thursday.

The Pearl River Park and Activity Committee presented the show, a tradition since 1979. 

Rotary Club of Pearl River President John Buonadonna received the Al Carpentieri Community Service Award, traditionally given by the Pearl River Park and Activity Committee during the Independence Day festivities.
