As I along with many of my customers drive merrily along the roads in Rockland County after what has been arguably the worst winter in twenty years. I can't help but wonder how the roads could be that treacherous. My question is this ...What materials were used when these roads were resurfaced ? Modeling clay? Or perhaps " Bondo " Are you kidding me? There's no reason or excuse in the world why the roads should be so treacherous. Just a thought.
