A Rockland County Grand Jury indicted Victor Marryshow, 49, of Chestnut Ridge June 19 on charges of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
According to Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe, Marryshow engaged in sexual conduct with a victim who was 10 years old at the time Oct. 1, 2012 and May 31, 2013.
