Riding a motor cycle on the highway is not worth the risk of a serious collision

It is very unfortunate that people die in motor vehicle crashes, both cars and motorcycles. My condolences to the family of this young man. I wonder if inexperience, inattention in the part of either driver, and/or speed played a role. motorists should be more aware of motorcycles on the road. Commonly, drivers just do not see motorcyclists. If you are going to ride a motorcycle, get formal training such as the ridercourses offered by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, it may just save your life.
