Orangetown Police Catch Five Under-Age With Alcohol at Horse and Jockey
Orangetown Police discovered five underage drinkers at the Horse and Jockey Family Restaurant early Saturday morning.
Orangetown Police Officers found four people under the age legal age of 21 in possession of alcohol during a routine inspection early Saturday morning at the Horse and Jockey Family Restaurant on 33 W. Central Avenue in Pearl River.
Among those engaging in underage drinking were four 18-year-olds and one 20-year-old. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Inspection covered much of the Orangetown Police Department's jurisdiction through the night, according to a press release from Sgt. Christopher Strattner.
The five individuals face a summons for Possession of Alcohol with Intent to Consume. Police referred the Horse and Jockey to the New York State Liquor Authority.
