At what point does firing in the direction of someone's head become attempted murder? Is it a matter of inches or feet? I'd like some clarification from EricJo and the boys back in the tank. In any case, Kenneth Schmidt shouldn't be shooting his weapon like that. If he threatened my head like that, I'd bust him one good.

Was this shooting related to the other shooting several weeks ago on Smith St? The one where 5 shots were fired and a bullet was found embedded in a garage door?

I think not...but I gotta wonder if the supposedly "Suicide" that happened at that address was really a suicide?!!!

Good question. EricJo - please address. We need to know if we should be fully armed when we cruise Smith Street. As the Lizard King said, "The future's uncertain and the end is always near." If I hit pave on Smith, I want to be ready.
