Vandals hit two homes and 22 cars with eggs on two Congers streets, according to Clarkstown police.
Police are seeking the public's help in identifying those responsible for the eggings.
The eggings were discovered about 7:15 a.m. Saturday when a homeowner on South Congers Avenue discovered his home had been hit eggs. A town police officer checking the area discovered that nine cars on the street had also been hit with eggs.
At 8 a.m., a homeowner on South Harrison Avenue reported that his house had also been egged. Police then found 13 cars on the street had been hit by eggs.
A car was also hit by eggs over the weekend in Bardonia, but police said they do not believe that incident was related to the ones in Congers.
Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to call police at 845-639-5800.
