Police: Man Damaged Girlfriend's Car with Rock

Suffern resident charged with criminal mischief.

A 19-year-old Suffern man was ordered held in the county jail on $2,000 bail Monday after damaging his girlfiend's car with a rock, according to Stony Point Police.

Julius C. Maquilon of 636 Route 306 was arrested after an investigation into an incident described by police as a domestic dispute. Police said Maquilon is accused on intentionally damaging his girlfriend's car.

Maquilon was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and arraigned in Stony Point Town Court. Judge Frank Phillips ordered him held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility in New City on $2,000 bail pending a hearing on Friday.

Stony Point police said they were assisted by Ramapo town police in the investigation.

First he damages her car, then he kills a pet... then well you don't need me to spell it out. A guy like this should be locked up and they key thrown away.
