Harrison Whitehead, 25, of Central Nyack was indicted by the Rockland County Grand Jury on charges of Gang Assault in the 1st Degree and Assault in the 2nd Degree in relation to an incident in April.
According to Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe, at around 3:30 a.m. Whitehead and approximately five other individuals surrounded the victim, who had been speaking to a woman and two of her friends. Whitehead then punched the victim in the face. Others joined in, punching the victim in the face multiple times. The victim required surgery for a broken jaw.

The Rockland County Grand Jury indicted Daniel Heras-Redroban of Congers on a 2nd Degree Assault charge. According to officials, Heras-Redroban threw an empty beer bottle, hitting the victim in the head, causing facial fractures, during an incident Aug. 4, 2013 at a bar in Haverstraw.

According to officials, Jorge Gonzalez-Asencio, 34, of Spring Valley violated an order of protection by repeatedly calling the victim's cell phone and left a message threatening to injure the victim in February. Gonzalez-Asencio, also known as Kevin Gonzalez, was indicted for Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree and two counts of Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree.
