Patricio Guartan-Jimenez of Spring Valley got in a violent fight with another man in Peekskill March 2—a fight so violent that he bit off most of the other man's nose, the Mid-Hudson News Network reported in the Daily Freeman.
He is in the Westchester County Jail without bail, charged with felony assault. The victim was taken to Westchester Medical Center.
