Councilman Denis Troy raised concerns regarding members of the community misunderstanding their tax bills. He suggested a visual aid by the Receiver of Taxes' office that couild be used to help explain the bills. Receiver of Taxes Bob Simon said he had been answering questions all day Tuesday and would follow up on ways to clarify things. Stewart said he would help.

"I think it is iportant that whoever is there nine to five can explain to people about the different lines on their tax bill," Troy said. "If they had an aid to do that, I think it would be very helpful."
