The Orangetown Parks and Recreation Department will hold the 22nd Annual Halloween Spooktacular 6 p.m. Friday in Veteran's Park in Orangeburg.
The event is geared to children ages three to 10 and includes live entertainment and a Halloween parade. Families can bring pumpkins and the Town of Orangetown will provide the decorating materials.
Registration takes place the night of the event.
