Orangetown May Adopt 2013 Budget Tonight

The Orangetown town council scheduled a public hearing to discuss the 2013 budget 8:10 p.m. tonight.

The Orangetown town council could vote on a final 2013 budget as soon as tonight.

The board approved a preliminary budget last Thursday, but more changes in the proposed financial plan were expected by the public hearing on the matter set for 8:10 p.m. tonight.

That is the second of two public hearings set for Tuesday's agenda. The first is a discussion of the Blauvelt Volunteer Fire Company budget.
