Orangetown Supervisor Sharing Office Hours With Patch Thursday

Three days after sharing the tentative Orangetown budget for 2013, Orangetown Supervisor Andy Stewart will hold joint office hours with Patch editors Ryan Buncher and Kevin Zawacki at the Pearl River Public Library.

Orangetown Supervisor Andy Stewart's tentative budget proposal for 2013 drew plenty of conversation on Patch earlier this week.

Stewart will be available to discuss the budget and other matters related to the Town of Orangetown at the Pearl River Public Library from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.

Pearl River Patch Editor Ryan Buncher will co-host the office hours, which will be set up in the library's community room, with Nyack-Piermont Editor Kevin Zawacki also joining the discussion.

Orangetown residents with questions about the town budget and other topics are welcome. Stewart will bring information about the budget, Rockland Psychiatric Center land use and the Pearl River sidewalk project.

Guests will also be able to sign-up for Orangetown email alerts and learn how to use Patch. One focus of discussion will be using the internet to find out about sharing and finding local news and staying connected with your community.
