Tips for Organizing the Second Half of Your Life

While people don't always like to talk about the documents they need to have in place as they age, discussing and understanding them can ensure that events will go more smoothly for individuals and their loved ones as they get older. For those who are younger, understanding what documents their parents should have in place can go a long way toward helping them to better prepare for difficult times.

Beth Am Temple will host a workshop titled, "Tips for Organizing the Second Half of Your Life" on Monday, April 23rd at 7:30 PM. "While some of the things we will cover appear to be 'end of life' issues, they are items that everyone should have in place in case of an emergency," stated Rabbi Daniel Pernick who will be one of the speakers during the workshop.

Mal Blotner, member of the Beth Am Temple Adult Education Committee, will moderate the panel discussion which will include Attorney Alden Wolfe, Social Worker Mimi Hoffman and Rabbi Daniel Pernick.
