Lincoln Ave. Student Art On Display

Columbia University Teacher's College is showing artwork created by students at Lincoln Avenue Elementary School

Columbia University's Teacher College is showing off art from students in Pearl River.

The work of Lincoln Avenue Elementary fourth graders Casey Burns and Abraham Mendes, second graders Shane Anselmi and Alden O'Connor and first grader Maeve Woods is part of an exhibit of student teacher and student work running until May 13 at the Macy Art Gallery on the Columbia University campus.

Those students are all in the art classes taught by Andrea Lee, whose student teacher, Sarah Warshaw, is a student in the teacher's college. Warshaw selected the work for the exhibit.
