Pearl River Alumni Tree Sale Begins Nov. 30

The Pearl River Alumni Association's 11th Annual Tree Sale starts Nov. 30 on the Central Avenue Field.

Salomaa Tree Plantation in Vermont enters its 36th year selling Christmas trees in Pearl River when the Pearl River Alumni Association's 11th Annual Sale begins Nov. 30 on the Central Avenue Field.

Fred Salo of Salomaaa donates a portion of the proceeds of every tree, wreath, garland and grave blanket he sells to the Pearl River Alumni Association. The sale will go on from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays. Sale ends Dec. 10.
