Pearl River Reschedules Teen Driving Parent University

The Pearl River School District will present a Parent University entitled 10 Deadly Teen Driver Mistakes April 14 in Pirate Cove at the high school. The event was moved from April 11.

Don Schuck of AAA New York will give a 30-minute interactive presentation designed to help parents guide their teens to saver driving habits 7 p.m. April 14 in Pirate Cove at Pearl River High School.

The presentation, 10 Deadly Teen Driver Mistakes, is part of the district's Parent University series. It was rescheduled from April 11 due to a conflict with junior college night.

Shuck will offer suggestions on how parents can help their teenage children to improve their judgement, knowledge and behavior while they are driving. Parent Universities are free to all parents.
