Pearl River Schools are opening on a two-hour delay Tuesday morning due to temperatures below 10 degrees and concerns regarding road conditions.
Morning Kindergarten is cancelled for the day in the Pearl River School District.
The South Orangetown Central School District and Nyack Public Schools also opened on a two-hour delay schedule Tuesday.
