Pearl River Schools Announce Parent Seminar Focused on Healthy Eating
The Pearl River School District's next parent education workshop, "Sweet Talk Your Children," is scheduled for Feb. 28, 2013 at 7:30 p.m.
The Pearl River School District offers free education workshops for parents called Parent Universities.
The district announced its next workshop, Sweet Talk Your Children, is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 at at the district administration building on Crooked Hill Road.
Certified nutrition counselor Rebecca Meyerson, the founder of Simply Healhty Living, will address how to include more healthy choices into family meals and how to modify recipes to make them more healthyt. She will provide reaistic meal planning ideas for busy families.
