Pearl River Teacher Donnelly Honored
Franklin Ave. Elementary School physical education teacher Billy Donnelly was recognized by the American Heart Association.
The American Heart Association gave an award to Frankiln Ave. Elementary School teacher Billy Donnelly for his work with the Jump Rope for Heart Program.
Donnelly is also an assistant coach with the Pearl River High School wrestling program.
