Pearl River to Hold Parenting Workshop

Pearl River High School will hold the presentation, Teen Body Issues: Helping Your Children to Love Themselves Inside and Out, March 3 in Pirate Cove.

The Pearl River School District's next Parent University workshop will focus on body issues that young people face.

Nancy B. Graham, LCSD will present Teen Body Issues: Helping Your Children to Love Themselves Inside and Out 7 p.m. Thursday, March 3 in Pirate Cove at the high school. She will focus on eating disorders, the influence that the media has on body images and ways parents can help their children deal with such issues.

Pearl River School District Parent University workshops are open to all parents free of charge. The Pearl River PTAs are co-sponsors for this workshop.
