Pearl River Boys Basketball Wins at North Rockland

The Rockland Revolution are looking for young lacrosse players. Practices will be held in Pearl River, Nanuet and Orangtown and coaches are from across Rockland County. Registration is due by February 1st so sign up today.

The Hudson Valley Youth Soccer League is starting up soon and this year the Emerald Elite FC are looking to expand their u8-u14 boys and girls travel teams. The team trains year round and is based out of Pearl River. Contact information can be found here.

Game: Pearl River @ North Rockland

Score: Pearl River won, 43-36, improving to 2-0 and avenging a loss at home in the final seconds last season. Senior Austin O'Toole scored 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Pirates. Senior Sean Wilson led Pearl River with 11 points and sophomore Kevin Degnan added 10.

Today’s Schedule:

In girl’s basketball, North Rockland heads to Pearl River at 4 p.m. in the Lady Pirates' first home game of 2011-12. A victory would give Pearl River Head Coach Lorraine Moylan 498 for her career.

In ice hockey, Pearl River takes on Nyack at the Palisades at 5:45 p.m.

In boy’s basketball, Albertus Magnus will head to Clarkstown North at 5:45 p.m.

In girl’s basketball, Albertus Magnus will host Clarkstown North at 4 p.m.
