The Rockland County March For Babies to support March of Dimes is scheduled for 10 a.m. Sunday, May 6 at Blue Hill Plaza in Pearl River.
More than 7 million people in 900 communities in the United States will take part in a March for Babies walk this year. The walk raises funds to support programs which help mothers have healthy, full-term pregnancies. The money raised is also used to fund research dedicated to finding answers to hte problems that threaten babies.

Cheermania and the dancers from Nymechek Dance Centre will perform after the walk. Home Depot will provide a workshop for kids. Mad Science and Arcade 2 Go Mobile Video Game Arcades will also have activities for kids.
Vision Sports will be there to warm up the walker before they start. DeCarlo Chiropractic Care will be there at the finish.
The Rockland Bakery and Panera will provide breakfast, with lunch after the walk from Applebees and Casa Mia Manor House.
