200 W Orangeburg Rd Orangeburg NY 10962  See map

On behalf of Autism Speaks, the New York City Police Department's Baseball Team is donating their time to run a baseball clinic for children ages 6 through 13, with or without disabilities.  The South Orangetown Little League has been kind enough to donate their fields to Autism Speaks for this important fundraiser.  The fundraiser will take place on Saturday, October 6, with a raindate of Sunday, October 7.

Autism Speaks is dedicated to funding global biomedical research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and cure for autism; raising public awareness about autism and its effects on individuals, families, and society; and bringing hope to all who deal with the hardships of this disorder. With new reports indicating 1 in every 88 American children is now diagnosed with autism, we need the Community's support more than ever to find answers.

The flyer and registration forms are attached to this listing.

An issues conference will be a wast of time and money. So many ' issues ' have been pulled out ofRead More thin air. The people who organized against the plant will just keep saying the same thing. No amount of info will be enough, no answer will be accepted. The issues conference will be a circus of endless questions, ideas, and demands. Haverstraw bay reclassified as drinking water will better protect it, provide an endless supply of water and finally help end the stereotype of the Hudson being polluted Recommend
