The Pearl River Rotary Club will hold its annual fishing event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 7 at Veteran's Memorial Park.
Admission is free. Worms will be available for a quarter.
A $1,000 bond will be awarded to the person who catches the largest fish. There will also be prizes for children.
