Approximate 70 cars will participate in a soap box derby sponsored by the Rotary Club of Pearl River. This event is intended solely for drivers ages eight to 16. Prizes and trophies will be awarded, and any leftover prize money will be donated to the Wounded Warriors Fund of Rockland County. Pre-registration required.
