Tennis for Life

Tennis for Life, an active support group for breast cancer survivors, offers FREE courts and tennis instruction to Rockland County residents at the West Rock Tennis Club.

Tennis for Life’s free lessons and match play take place every Sunday at 4 p.m. at West Rock, which is located on Route 303 at Pralle Road in Bardonia.

Women or men in any phase of the breast cancer experience are welcome to take lessons or play matches with other survivors.  Beginners are encouraged and the club will lend racquets.  After playing, survivors meet for an hour to share coping strategies and information about the disease.
