Masley, Tedesco Spark Pearl River Baseball to Win at Scarsdale
Pearl River completed its regular season with a 9-2 victory at Scarsdale Saturday. Rich Masley and Jake Tedesco each had two hits and scored two runs for the Pirates.
The top two hitters in the lineup combined for four hits and four runs as Pearl River won, 9-2, at Scarsdale Saturday.
Leadoff batter Rich Masley went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and three stolen bases. Jake Tedesco was 2-for-4, scored two runs, drove in one and stole two bases and Conor Madigan and Jordan Mendelson each drove in two runs for the Pirates.
John Doherty picked up the victory for Pearl River, striking out four and giving up one run on three hits and three walks in five innings.

Pearl River finished the regular season 13-7 and won the Conference 4 League B title by going 7-1 in league play, the only loss an 8-3 defeat by Tappan Zee Friday.
